COVID-19 Ready
Face Masks
Face masks are required to enter the building, and are to be worn within each shared or public space. Shared spaces include the entry, break room, conference room, hallways, and first floor restroom.
Cleaning
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of public shared spaces occurs Monday-Friday. Each suite tenant is responsible for the cleaning of their own office(s).
Temperature
No building entry is allowed for any person with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher under any circumstance.
Air Purifier
Complimentary HEPA air filter air purifier with UV light sanitizer is provided in the conference room.
Hand Sanitizer
Complimentary hand sanitizer is provided at the building entrance and in the conference room for tenants and visitors use as needed.
Communication
Tenants are required to report symptoms of COVID-19 to building management. All illnesses reported will be shared with tenants in writing via email.
